Love and Intuition: A Psychic’s Guide to Creating Lasting Love
Sherrie Dillard

Are you ready for a deeper love connection? Improve your relationships past, current and future? Or attract your soul mate? This book might very well help you on your quest. Dillard’s positive communication style disentangles the complexities of love and intuition. She securely leads the reader through examples and exercises designed to open up the heart, heal past wounds, and enable a deeper connection with another person. She argues that by recognizing and becoming comfortable with ones intuitive abilities, love is able to emerge as an effortless central focus and shine through one’s life.
Dillard divides intuition into four main types; mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual. Each individual intuit stronger in one of the types and she says: “With a little motivation and enthusiasm you can harness your innate intuitive type and use it at will. Don’t be fooled into believing that intuitive abilities are rare gifts. This will only serve to block your inherent intuitive awareness, which is as natural to us a love itself.”
The book is set up as workbook that has plenty of exercises and examples. It is meant to act as a companion though out one’s life. Like a guide one can check back to time and time again, and as a continuous exercise where one can keep on working on areas that need strengthening and healing. By keeping a journal for thoughts and for the exercises in the book, as Dillard suggests, it becomes a great way of getting to know oneself and enabling a deeper connection through love both to oneself and others. It also teaches that through intuition one become more aware of subtleties and energy patterns that can be a great help in understanding relationship dynamics.

Goddess to the Core: An Inspired Workout to Maximize your Fitness, Beauty & Power
Sierra Bender with Jeff Migdow, M.D.
$21.95 (P), ISBN 978-0-7387-7503-2
Llewellyn Publications

Goddess to the Core is a wonderfully presented workshop style text that is written in a holistic and inspiring manner. Sierra Bender has channeled her deep knowledge of healing and transformation as well as her hands on experience from her successful retreat, Boot Camp for Goddess ®, into an easily accessible book. It is geared towards women to help them “speak your truth.” She has developed something she calls “Four Body Fitness.” This is not merely physical fitness, but rather fitness that encompasses the whole person on multiple levels.
The book can be read straight through, successively engaging the different bodies: spiritual, mental, emotional, and physical. In this way it works from the inside out. It can also serve as a deeper focus on one of the bodies. Each chapter stands on its own and is multidimensional, incorporating different healing elements such as an expository text, medical reflections by Jeff Migdow, MD, an assessment quiz, yoga postures, etc.
Ms. Bender draws on many different healing modalities and schools of thought in an effort to guide women to break free from suppressive conditioning and instead embrace themselves as empowered, liberated and healed. Her approach is set up to open up the truth and enable healing for those aspects that have been injured. The beautiful result of this effort is claimed to have multigenerational results. Four generations before and after the woman that is courageous enough to undertake the process of healing, will heal as well. That might be the most compassionate thing a woman can do both for herself and her family lineage.
